As a professional and accredited event producer, I am used to being in full control and planning every intricate detail for events for 200-15,000 guests. My son's 1st birthday was extremely important to me. Carolyn Hou runs an immaculate venue and is a knowledgeable professional, in addition to being extremely helpful, kind and flexible. She tried to anticipate my every need and the party was a huge success, right down to the incredible "Cars" cake, the great event photos, excellent food and very friendly staff. In fact, I have referred family and friends to her and have re-booked my son's 2nd party there. I would highly recommend her and her venue for the discerning parent that wants a perfect party.

I really enjoyed the party.  I had a lot of people coming up to me and asking how I discovered the place.  It was through my sister-in-law who went to a party there once and recommended it to me.  I simply checked out the place online and booked it immediately.  It was great because I had the do-it-yourself package but I felt like the staff did all the work.  I love how there was coffee and tea for those who wanted and that all cutlery, plates and napkins were provided.  I also didn't expect the service I received from the staff.  They set up all the food for me, cut the cake for me, packed all my stuff away for me.  I literally did no work at the party and for that, I would recommend the place to anyone.  Also, having balloons there made my life a whole lot easier.  The only negative thing I could say was that since I booked the place over the phone and I never actually came in to pick up invitations, I did not know that my guests and I had take off our shoes and have socks on.  It should have been mentioned to me over the phone at the time of booking.  But it was not a big deal because I explained this to the female staff member and she provided socks to a few of us that needed some at no extra charge.  Overall, amazing place for kids and parents because the children could entertain themselves the entire time.

Thank you so much for helping my daughter celebrate her 6th birthday with all her friends. I do not think there is any facility that allows up to 65 in attendance at one cost. Your setup allowed us to invite all the friends from school and daycare and they all had a blast. Your staff took care of everything and my husband and I were able to enjoy the party without fussing.
I believe some parents that were in attendance also booked their future parties that evening, as they were so impressed with the facility.

I would not hesitate to recommend your play centre to anyone looking for a great place to hold their child’s birthday.

We had our son Evan's 4th birthday party last weekend at Tumble ‘N’ Toys and I just wanted to send a big THANK YOU! We had Evan's birthday there last year as well but I have to say this year was much more stress free. All of you were so helpful which made the 2 hours of craziness with all those kids much more enjoyable.

To all the staff at Tumble N Toys,

After frantically searching the internet for possible places to host my son, Ethan’s first birthday party (his 3rd birthday), I came across Tumbles ‘N’ Toys (and so close to home, who would a thunk it J ?!!). The features displayed on the website were certainly true-to-life.
I was so pleased to see that there were various types of toys and for every age…even some of the adults were enjoying Wii games. Parents at the party kept asking how I found the place and commented that they really liked it. Ethan and his friends had a wonderful time, keeping busy with the toys and activities.
My husband and I were very impressed as Jessica and her team took over from the moment we arrived. We did not have to lift a finger – from setting up the balloons we brought, to putting candles on the cake and even lighting them, to cleaning up and re-packing our bags with items we brought plus our leftovers. Jessica’s advice and communication throughout the party really helped as we’re novices.
We all had a great time and I would certainly recommend Tumbles ‘N’ Toys to anyone – you put the thrill in, and take the work out. (Loved the loot bag too)

After having five birthday parties at Tumbles ‘N’ Toys, I am finally remembering to write a testimonial. I should have done this well before now as I have never been disappointed with the facility, staff attentiveness and willingness to help at Tumbles n Toys. The fact that we have come back five times should be a testament to how pleased and happy we have been with this facility and the staff. I have been asked by several parents that have attended any of our parties how we discovered this venue and have had friends and family members book their children’s parties here as well and all have been extremely happy! The venue is immaculate, spacious and has something to cater to every age, gender and interest. The dining area is open, bright and colorful and can accommodate large groups. The staff is always accommodating and wonderful at setting up and wrapping up…there is so little work for me to do at these parties that I never know what to do with myself! Thank you to the team at Tumbles n Toys for all that you have done to make our kids’ birthday celebrations so memorable. I would highly highly highly recommend this venue for a child’s birthday party and can almost guarantee that once you do it here, you will want to come back over and over again!
