To the Tumbles ‘N’ Toys Staff,

I just wanted to send a quick note and thank everyone for their help with our daughter’s s first birthday on Sunday. Everything went well and both helpers were great! 

I do want to mention on disappointment. Considering we booked Tumble and Toys with a great expectation of having the Bouncing Castle there, we were EXTREMELY disappointed when we arrived and it was not there. Because of this some of the children invited to the party were sad, as we made this the main attraction on our birthday invitations. They came with those expectations. 

I was even more disappointed that nobody called and mentioned that it wasn't working prior to our event. Had we known this we could have arrange for another activity to entertain the older children who attended. 

My daughter and I are frequent visitors at Tumble ‘N’ Toys during the week. I didn't think this type of experience would come from you guys, especially on my daughters 1st birthday.

The party was fantastic!  I was not only impressed by the facility, selection of things to entertain a variety of all ages, and your staff was absolutely phenomenal.  From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed; anything we had brought with us was whisked away and set out for our guests' dining pleasure.  I have never had such a positive party experience and all of our guests, young and old, had an absolutely wonderful time.  Further, the cake you arranged for us was incredible and huge for the price.  I will certainly be visiting when I have days off with my son and I believe a number of his little friends will also become frequenters as well.
Looking forward to visiting Tumbles ‘N’ Toys again soon...

I wanted to e-mail to let you know our daughter’s birthday party at your indoor playground was just perfect! The facility was clean; the helpers were excellent and were probably more proactive than me when it came to serving the food, cake. They were so accommodating and made sure things were running smoothly. My family and friends enjoyed themselves immensely and one of my friend’s liked it so much she has booker her daughter’s birthday party there.

I just wanted to thank you for putting together a great party for my son, on Saturday. The planning plus the day of was so easy and I really appreciated your advice which helped to make the party fun without being too expensive. I also liked that the food did not go to waste and you packaged everything up for us to take home. I "hung up my brain at the door" and had a great time myself. Needless to say, my son felt very special. I will recommend T&T to neighbors’ and friends.

I would like to thank your staff for helping to make my daughter's 3rd birthday party a success! We plan to visit you guys again soon as she has been asking to go back everyday since her party :) We attended another birthday party in an indoor playground on Sunday, and both my husband and I agree that neither their facility nor the service compared to what you offer at Tumbles 'N' Toys. In addition, you were very gracious to accommodate our request to "customize" our party package (once again, your loot bags were a hit!). The only thing that I would change the next time I book my party with you is to extend the time (clearly, my daughter needs it!).

We hope to see you again this summer when we drop by!

I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday's morning party for my son and our friends and family and most importantly-Gabriel, had a wonderful time.
  
Your staff was very accommodating without being intrusive.  This is something I appreciate the most.  I would have like a bit more guidance with the timing though, but all worked out in the end. Your staff is friendly and very helpful.
 
My son continues to enjoy his play pass and we enjoyed your space from the beginning-booking his birthday party during our first visit!
 
I heard a few parents state that they will def. consider Tumbles for their children’s' parties and I do hope they do.

I had to send you an email to tell you how absolutely amazing your establishment is.  I was impressed by your staff over and over for the whole two hours we were there.  They were more helpful than I could have ever expected, and they really made the party a success.
 
None of my guests had ever been to your place before.  Throughout the party they kept saying, "This place is so great!" "This place is amazing!" So many times I heard people making positive comments.  Hopefully that will bring some business your way.
 
My daughter especially loved the dress up clothes and my son (who is 20 months) loved the ride on toys.  I think he tried every single one!
 
I have to say, when I got there, I was a little overwhelmed thinking about setting up all the food, drinks etc. and then I turned around and saw that your staff had taken all the stuff I brought and set it up for me!  They even put my cupcakes on a stand.  And I really wanted to buy a stand because they look so nice, but I just couldn't afford it right now, so you can imagine how thrilled I was that they did that. 
 
I also was really impressed by how much work each of them did throughout the party.  They didn't stop cleaning, organizing, arranging.  They packed all my stuff up too. A few of my guests commented on how clean the place was.  One person said they almost didn't come because they hate kids places like these because they feel like they're covered in snot and pee, and even she said she was impressed by how clean the place was.
 
I think the point I'm making is that I actually had a good time. I expected to be running around and busy for the whole party, but I got to catch up with my old friends, and watch my kids have a blast.
 
I can't thank you enough for making my daughter's birthday so special for all of us.

The place was fabulous, and the party went very well! Thank you for all that you guys did to make my daughters birthday very special...Everyone loved the place and the kids didn't want to leave...most of all my daughter. The loot bags were great. Thanks once again: there are inquires from our party to have their party there...so it's not the last that you see of us.

I wanted to thank you and your staff today for helping make my daughter's 4th birthday party a huge success! My husband and I thought it was great how your staff took care of everything from setting up the gift table, the food, cutting and serving of the cake and the clean up. It was such a tremendous help for them to look after those details that it allowed my husband and I to enjoy our guests -- thank you! My daughter and her friends had such a great time that they didn't want to leave. Even the parents thought is was great and really liked that it was private and were able to lounge on the leather sofas to watch their kids play in such a friendly and playful environment. Tumbles N' Toys is the place to be for birthday parties! Thanks again for such a great day.
